At Creative English Teacher, we want you to be completely satisfied with your educational resources and teaching materials. If a product doesn't meet your classroom needs, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all physical teaching aids, books, or supplies are in their original packaging and securely boxed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
